You're the Boss® is an educational board game specifically designed to teach the importance of responsibility, reliability, integrity, and the work ethic.  These are vital concepts that are extremely difficult to teach using traditional methods.  This simulation game puts players in the role of the boss.  In order to win the game, players need reliable and responsible employees, but some of their employees are lacking in these personal qualities.  Unreliable, dishonest, and irresponsible employees prevent the player from winning the game.Although the game is a simulation, the competition is real, and players are forced to make important decisions regarding sales goals, hiring and firing employees, etc.
