The new Job Survival and Success Scale (JSSS) measures a person’s ability to survive and thrive on the job. It covers five scales important to job retention and success, according to research: dependability, responsibility, human relations, ethical behavior, and getting ahead. After responding to 60 statements, individuals explore their behaviors and attitudes related to employment staying power.
